Returns Policy: Items can be returned in new unopened condition within 30 days for a 100% refund. Items returned opened in the original packaging in new resellable condition may be accessed up to a 30% restocking charge. Items returned with parts missing , in damaged condition, or not in the original packaging will be handled on a case by case basis, and will be accessed a restocking charge. Defective product will be handled according to the manufacturers warranty policies.

Shipping Policy: Generally, we will ship items from on hand stock at our store in Lansing, Illinois. Not all catalog items are regularly stocked. Items not on hand will be drop shipped from the manufacturer if possible. We will notify you with trackinig numbers as soon as your product ships.

Back Orders: If there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. 2020telescopes.com does not charge your credit card until your order actually ships.

Credit Information Policy: 2020telescopes.com does not retain your credit card information in any electronic or printed form. This is for the protection of our customers. This occaisionally causes problems with processing delayed back orders; however security of your private information is of paramount importance. We will contact you if this situation comes up.

Store Stocking Policy: We would love to have all of the items in our online catalog available on hand at our Lansing, Illinois store. Economics and display space doesn't permit this. We do pride ourselves on having more telescopes, binoculars, and astronomical accessories on hand and on display than any other such store in the Midwest. We do not stock in our store or display in our online catalog products that we feel are of inferior quality, regardless of who makes them.
